Refund policy
Short, because a refund policy that needs explaining is not one.

Full refund within 30 days of your first payment
If the first month does not tell you something you did not already know, write to us within 30 days and we refund it in full. No questions, no exit interview, and no requirement to explain yourself.
After the first 30 days
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. There is no contract, no notice period and no cancellation fee.
Part-months are not refunded outside the 30 day window.
How to cancel or claim a refund
Use the feedback link inside the app, or write to support@datariteconsulting.com. One line is enough — you do not need to give a reason.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
Who processes the payment
Customers outside Nigeria are charged through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and appears on the card statement. Nigerian customers are charged in Naira through Paystack. The statement descriptor is CASHLENS.

What happens to your data
Your files and reports remain yours. You can export everything before you leave, and closing your account removes them. See the privacy page for what is held and for how long.
